Connection and account access

Sign in with the Fodista account authorized for your restaurant workspace. If a report or action is unavailable, ask your workspace administrator to check your account permissions and MCP access profile. You can disconnect the plugin from your connected AI service; contact your administrator or support if you need help revoking access.

Reporting a problem

Include your workspace URL, the action you attempted, the time and the error message. Remove customer and employee data from screenshots. Never send passwords, one-time codes, session cookies or access tokens in a support message.
