Fodista AI Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Fodista AI, provided by Divic, including its connection to ChatGPT through MCP. By using this connection, you agree to these terms. Your organization’s existing Fodista subscription agreement continues to govern its subscription, fees and underlying workspace services.

Account and authorized use

Use an account you are authorized to use and keep its credentials secure. You must have permission from your organization to connect its workspace and process its data. Access depends on your Fodista account permissions and MCP access profile. Do not bypass access controls, access another user’s data without permission, or use the service for unlawful or abusive activity.

Requests and business actions

Fodista AI can retrieve permitted records, run reports and perform available business actions. Before requesting changes, deletions, messages or file sharing, check the records, recipients and intended scope. You are responsible for having authority to request those actions and for reviewing their results. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes or access tokens in prompts or saved instructions.

AI output and third-party services

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important results against the underlying Fodista records before relying on them for business decisions. ChatGPT and other connected services have their own terms and policies. Fodista AI does not replace professional accounting, legal or other regulated advice.

Data and privacy

You retain your rights in the data you provide. You authorize the processing needed to fulfill your requests and operate the connection. Tool inputs and outputs are shared with the connected AI service. Our Privacy Policy describes data categories, recipients, retention and available controls.

Disconnecting and service changes

You can stop using the connection and revoke its access. Contact your workspace administrator or Fodista support for help with account access and data requests. Access may be restricted for security, misuse or loss of workspace authorization. Features and these terms may change; the current terms and update date are available on this page. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
